Please join us in congratulating the winners of our Road to Innovation raffle! Our grand prize winner of a Korg MS-20 Mini is Nancy Nehls Nelson!

The winner of a signed copy of “The Synthesizer” by Mark Vail is Adam Embree. We were not able to award the Subaru, as ticket sales did not meet the amount needed for us to award that prize.

We cant wait to show you what we plan to do for kids with these raffle funds!

We’re revving up our Road to Innovation raffle!
We’ve just added four new prizes to our Road to Innovation Raffle (in addition to the Grand Prize of a Subaru Outback or BRZ Coupe), and we are extending the raffle date to September 5, 2014.
The raffle is now open INTERNATIONALLY. The Grand Prize winner has the option of selecting one of the prizes below, instead of the Subaru Outback or BRZ Coupe.
The new prizes are listed below. Support science education, and your home studio might get a great new addition:
1. A Korg MS-20 Mini monophonic synthesizer
Korgs iconic MS-20 monophonic synthesizer, first introduced in 1978, has been perfectly reproduced by the original engineer in a body thats 86% of the original size, as the new MS-20 Mini. It offers the same thick, robust sound, iconic analog filter, and versatile patching options as the original.
2. A Dubreq Stylophone S2
New & improved next-gen sonic powerhouse! U.S. musicians might be less familiar with this instrument than those in the U.K. and the rest of Europe, but what’s good enough for Kraftwerk, Marc Bolan and David Bowie is good enough for anyone.
Not a toy, this is a powerful instrument in miniature. Just ask Marc Doty.
3. SampleMoog® Synth Anthology music sampler
SampleMoog® features over 1,900 sounds from 16 rare, collectable Moog synths, accurately sampled and fully produced with 32 built-in effects.
4. A copy of Mark Vail’s The Synthesizer
Subtitled “A Comprehensive Guide to Understanding, Programming, Playing and Recording the Ultimate Electronic Instrument,” this book will be personally inscribed to our winner. 432 information-packed pages.
Raffle funds support the Foundation’s flagship educational effort, Dr. Bob’s SoundSchool. Learn more about the SoundSchool here:

I have been interested in synthesizers since I was a young boy. I love collecting and playing what I can, sadly you know these things cost money. Most of my gear is craigslist or garage sale finds so I were to win this contest I would be eternally grateful.
