We are excited to share that the lauded PlugInGuru.com is holding a weekend-long benefit for the Bob Moog Foundation!
One hundred percent of the proceeds from sales at the www.pluginguru.com website this Saturday, June 21st, and Sunday, June 22nd, will be donated to the Bob Moog Foundation to support its important work in education, archive preservation, and the operation of the Moogseum.
For the first time in its history, PlugInGuru will offer its lauded multi-host plugin Unify for $49 (normally $79).
All 160-plus sound libraries on the website will be offered at 50% off.
Additionally, two virtual instruments from Wavesequencer, Hyperion and Theia, will also be 50% off.
The PlugIn Guru sound libraries feature professional, world-class patches and custom samples suited for various plugins, including Unify (54 Libraries), Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2 (59 Libraries), Serum (Xfer Records), U-He Zebra2, U-He Diva, Native Instruments’ Kontakt, FM8, Massive, and Absynth, LennarDigital Sylenth, and many others.
The libraries offer sounds for practically all genres of music, transforming a plug-in into a completely different instrument at a fraction of the cost of buying a new synthesizer. These deeply programmed libraries also offer great insight into learning deeper synthesizer programming skills that can enhance the user’s programming adventures. In addition, more than 500 free video tutorials, reviews, and library walkthroughs are available on the PlugIn Guru’s Video Page.
While the majority of the libraries were created by John “Skippy” Lehmkuhl, John has also developed royalty-based relationships to sell the works of other patch designers including: Bob Dedes (Greece), Tim Dale (UK), Fred Nongat (France), Laurent “Airwave” Veronnez (Netherlands) and numerous others, all of whom have agreed to offer their libraries during this weekend fundraiser as well.
“My first synthesizer was a Minimoog,” noted John Lehmkuhl. “It’s an honor for PlugIn Guru to support the Bob Moog Foundation in their work to carry Bob’s legacy forward by inspiring future generations of innovators.”
About Unify
Unify was released in January 2020 and is a multi-host plugin with a unique twist: it can load and use all of the user’s plug-ins, as well as coming with over 40 plug-ins of its own, enabling programming right out of the box, even if you don’t own any other plug-ins. Unify includes 640 Patches that showcase everything the user needs to make world-class music productions in virtually any genre. There are over 50 paid libraries for Unify, six free libraries that include new samples and patches and over 100 Unified libraries to play your favorite plug-in factory patches from within the Unify interface so the user can easily stack, layer and split patches from all of their plug-ins to make new creative sounds that nobody else has.
Unify is the ultimate playground for your plugins. Synthesizers, audio effects, and MIDI effects from virtually any manufacturer can all be used in Unify thanks to its flexible ability to load VST2, VST3, and, on the Mac, Audio Unit plug-ins. There’s nothing in the market that compares to Unify, and Unify 2 is in the works to be released later this year!
