We’re delighted to welcome Native Instruments and Soundwide executive Robert Linke to our board of advisors.
Bob Moog and his innovative influence on musicians changed the sound of music forever. He has been a key inspiration for me to become part of this space, hoping that one day I can contribute a tiny fraction myself of what Bob did. I am happy and humbled to support and work with the Bob Moog Foundation, and help to ignite the same sense of wonder, curiosity and fascination around the past and future of sound with the next generation of music makers.
– Robert Linke
Native Instruments is one of the largest software synthesizer companies, and a big supporter of the Bob Moog Foundation through their Modular Icons product, a portion of whose revenues goes to support Bob Moog Foundation projects. We are so pleased that Robert Linke, chief product officer and president of Native Instruments, has agreed to join our Board of Advisors.
– David Mash, President, Bob Moog Foundation Board of Directors
With past experience as a DJ and electronic music producer, Robert has for many years driven Native’s strategy and execution encompassing its virtual instruments, audio effects, and sound libraries.
In 2020, he took over as Native’s Managing Director, President, and Chief Product Officer, managing the company’s complete portfolio of software and hardware solutions for music producers and DJs. In 2021, Robert was promoted to Chief Product Officer of Soundwide, the new parent company of Native Instruments, iZotope, Brainworx, Plugin Alliance and Sound Stacks.
In 2022, he joins a highly respected roster of other leaders from the music industry as part of the Bob Moog Foundation’s advisory team.
